Eileen R. Kinch, of Quarryville, and Joel H. Nofziger, of Stevens, were married Oct. 17 in Akron.
Eileen is the daughter of Michael and Marie Riegle Kinch, Quarryville. She is a graduate of Lancaster Mennonite High School, Chatham College, and Earlham School of Religion. She is currently employed by Lancaster Mennonite Historical Society.
Joel is the son of Harold and Phyllis Horst Nofziger, Stevens. He is a graduate of Lancaster Mennonite High School and Eastern Mennonite University. He is employed by Lancaster Mennonite Historical Society.
The wedding and reception were held at Pilgrims Mennonite Church, Akron. The ceremony reflected the couple’s Mennonite and Quaker backgrounds with a cappella singing and waiting worship.
The Nofzigers celebrated their nuptials with a trip to West Virginia. They will reside in Ephrata.
